Magical Girl Freelancing

MGA Masterlist (Cutesy Catharsis)

As most of you know, here at Magical Girl Agency, I have created a fictional universe of my own, called Wondaria.

The idea once started as a personal way to cope with my frustrations towards incompetent writers/creators/showrunners and their stupid narrative choices, but has gained quite the following of interested folks who were just as frustrated as I am at the aformentioned narrative choices that regularly happen.

So, to help others by giving them proper context, I have created a masterlist for the tags about the whimsical world of Wondaria. Just like the MCU, it’s all connected (only better).

💵💚Want to GENUINELY support/help me? Donate to my PayPal. Even if you can’t donate, just reblogging and spreading the news is already enough. We don’t need this Post+ feature.💚💵

(BONUS: Feelin’ adventurous? Check out my Ultimate Magical Girl Tier List, currently with 340 series for you to sort out. Categorize if you dare!)

  • Red Star Agency - The main characters of my dream plot. A kooky but charismatic found family of 20 magical girls, boys and enbies.
  • Wondarian Bureau of Multiversal Rescue - An organization dedicated to the saving and protection of refugees of the Multiverse. Founded by the runaway Magi and RSA member, Quirky Rebel Nova.
  • Wondaria Worldbuilding - Everything you need to know about the magical solarpunk society that is Wondaria, and how its system works.
  • Wondaria’s Incubator Files - A tag where one can learn about the evil otherworldly threat that soils the Earth.
  • Hero Hangover Project - A special tag dedicated for the former Heroes of the shortly-lived series Boku no Hero Academia. If you’re overwhelmed by the sixth season, this might serve as a palate cleanser, as things will only get worse in the future.
  • Bitchcraft & Misery - A new tag entirely dedicated to critics about That Wizard Book by That TERFy Old Hag, and why you shouldn’t support it, as it is affecting reality. ‘Nuff said.

Can we learn more about Hedylians? Like, is it hereditary?

Asked by cardcaptorkirby

Yes they are! To put it simply, Hedylians get their magic from their progenitors.

For example, Queen Margaret, ruler of Wondaria, comes from a long lineage of Hedylians; her great-grandmother was a Witch who married an earthling, and many of her children would inherit her magic as a result, until it came down to the Queen herself to ascend to the throne.

I hate when people criticize magical girl anime for having long transformation scenes. “so the enemies just wait for them?” have you ever considered that something can be beautiful without needing to serve a purpose or make sense in a literal scenario 💔

Isn’t it weird that everyone asks this question about Magical Girls, but no one does the same to other transforming characters (like Tokusatsu/Super Sentai, Digimon, Transformers, etc…)?

How come they can get away with it, but Magical Girls can’t?

“I think it’s important to have light-hearted movies that don’t take themselves too seriously. Barbie movies are a nice way to escape the stress and craziness of everyday life.”

“While many Barbie movies end with her getting married to Ken or some random guy, getting married or falling in love wasn’t her end goal. Love was just something she found along the way to what she really wanted.”

“I love when Barbie films touch on discovering and learning more about oneself. To see her struggle and even cry about trying to do too much at once or not understanding what she’s trying to do is so validating, and to see her work things out by the end is a little message of hope for the viewer.”
